24 Hour Pay Period
The client has 24 hours after the service is provided to send payment. We understand that life happens and many of our customers are traveling back home to their pets. After 24 hours, there's a $25 late fee.
Additional Pet Fee & Holiday Fee
If you have more than one pet, there is an additional $10 per night for overnight in-home sittings. There is an additional $50 added to invoice if the pet(s) are in our care during a calendar holiday.
Deposits
The client must pay a 20% deposit before overnight sitting. The deposit is nonrefundable.
